Morning Tour: 9AM-2PM
Afternoon Tour: 12NN-5PM

Menu 1: Smoked Pork Ribs
Low and slow smoked Texas style pork BBQ ribs, seasoned with our seasoned dry rubs and served with homemade spiced BBQ sauce.
Menu 2: Smoked Chicken
Wood smoked chicken BBQ seasoned with traditional Texas rub served with our homemade BBQ sauce.
Menu 3: Smoked Salmon
Wood smoked Norwegian Salmon with tartar sauce.
All set meals are served with soup of the day, turmeric pilaf rice, main course, buttered vegetables, fruit dessert, and houseblend tea.
Reservations:
Reservations are essential at least 7-5 days in advance. No rush and next day bookings.
