BYAHENG RIZAL FAQs
MIN NO. OF PAX: There is a minimum no. of 2 pax for every Byaheng Rizal. Maximum no. of pax per van is 8.
TRANSPORTATION: We use an air-conditioned 11-seater luxury van (Toyota Super Grandia or GL). Maximum no. of paying guests is 8, 1 tour guide and 1 driver. There is an allowance for 1 more person so the van won’t be too crowded. We value guest comfort, satisfaction and safety. And it starts with making them feel comfortable in the vehicle used.
PICK UP TIME, MEETING PLACE AND DROP OFF: The designated meeting place and drop off point would be at Shell Gas Station Ortigas Ave. Cor. Emerald Ave., (infront of MERALCO). Pick up time is at 6AM or 7AM. For tours to Tanay, pick up time would be earlier at 5AM. We can also arrange specific hotel pick up anywhere in Metro Manila for guests coming from the same hotel at no added cost.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: Tour packages are inclusive of travel insurance provided that bookings are made atleast 7-4 days in advance. Failure to book within this period means travel insurance would not be processed.
TOUR GUIDE/DRIVER: There would be a designated tour guide and driver for each Byaheng Rizal with full knowledge of the destinations and contact persons.
MEALS: Only specified meals are included in the package. Anything not included would be on pax account.
DEPOSIT/PAYMENTS: To guarantee reservation, full payment shall be required prior to the tour.
TRAVEL AGENCIES/TOUR OPERATORS/HOTELS: We welcome partnership with them and guarantee that they are given incentives and commissions.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
2 weeks before date of tour: subject to 75% refund.
Within 1 week before date of tour: no refund but rebooking is allowed.
OTHER REQUESTS:
Customized itineraries are welcome. Just let us know which place you wish to visit and we will check on it.
WHAT IS OUR DIFFERENCE FROM OTHER TOUR OPERATORS?
We are a homegrown local tour operator with knowledge and expertise of our own province. Our local staff would be more than willing to extend any assistance during your tour in Rizal.
